About the role
We are looking for passionate, confident and knowledgeable UPSC Faculty to join Naman Sharma IAS Academy in Chandigarh. You will teach and mentor serious civil-services aspirants, craft high-quality content, and be part of a mission-driven team making UPSC education affordable.
What you'll do
- Deliver engaging classroom and online lectures across your subjects.
- Design study material, tests and answer-writing practice.
- Mentor students and clear doubts with patience and clarity.
- Stay current with the UPSC syllabus, pattern and current affairs.
Requirements
- Strong command over one or more UPSC subjects (GS, Polity, History, Economy, Geography, Ethics, etc.).
- Prior UPSC preparation and/or teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Clearing UPSC Prelims/Mains or appearing for the Interview/Personality Test is a strong plus.
